Looking for video editor, dvd authoring needed asap +

Hey, I had to redo a wedding video for a friend as the video guy made a mess of it. The video is complete, i just need it authored to a DVD with a menu (which ill provide). Im having problems with codecs and my machine isnt powerful enough. If your interested, please do let me know asap. i would appreciate it very much and will pay :)
